Puerto Vallarta will host a free traditional mariachi concert at Los Arcos del Malecón on September 9, as one of seven musical caravans brings musicians from across Mexico to the city. The performance is part of the 25th National Traditional Mariachi Gathering and the gathering’s statewide program.
